Krakow's Ad Libitum 4 Orchestra consists of the participants of contemporary music workshops run by Krzysztof Knittl at Krakow's Academy of Music. Themes: instrumental vs. vocal (phonetic) sonoristics, sonic and semantic relations of music and speech, textual partitures by Karlheinz Stockhausen, improvisation techniques according to the 'conduction' method of Lawrence "Butch" Morris.
